| Application The NXJ series wedge-shaped insulated tension clamps are suitable for use at the terminals or ends of tension sections of overhead insulated aluminum conductors (KJLYJ) up to 20kV, securing and tensioning the insulated conductors. Available in two models, each with a different plastic inner wedge depending on the conductor size and voltage (1kV, 10kV, and 20kV). Cast from high-strength aluminum alloy, the clamps offer high strength, excellent grip, lightweight, zero hysteresis loss, and easy installation. |  |

Structure & characteristics
1. The housing is cast from oxidation-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy, resulting in zero power loss. 2. The wedge core is constructed from reinforced plastic with an insulation rating of ≥18kV at 1-10kV power frequency, maintaining voltage for one minute without breakdown. 3. The cable can be installed directly without removing the insulation layer; it's compatible with insulated aluminum core wire. 4. Zero power loss, certified as the most energy-efficient product. 5. The wedge-shaped structure ensures easy and reliable installation. |
