Requirements For Laying Process Of Marine Stainless Steel Strapping
Requirements for laying process of marine steel zip ties:
1. For the convenience of inspection and repair, the lines laid by marine stainless zip ties should be straight lines as far as possible. When laying the main lines, the closed plates on the laying paths should be able to be opened normally, and durable signs should be set; at the same time, open line laying is mainly used in cold storage rooms and boiler rooms, and concealed line laying should be used as far as possible in other places.
2. When designing construction drawings, cables should be avoided as far as possible in places such as cargo holds, decks and storage rooms. Since these places are highly mobile, laying cables will cause excessive damage, which is not conducive to the overall planning of the ship.
3. When laying marine stainless cable ties, places where moisture is easy to condense should be avoided, and places with more heat sources should also be avoided; if laid under the flower steel plate, certain protective measures should be taken on the outside of marine 444, such as metal pipes and plugging at both ends.
