Stainless Steel Cable Tie laying process requirements:
1. For the convenience of inspection and maintenance, the line of the laying of stainless steel cable ties for ships should be as straight as possible. When laying the main line, the closed plate on the laying path should be guaranteed to be opened normally, and a durability mark should be set. At the same time, open-type wire laying is mainly used in cold storage and boiler rooms, and stainless steel cable ties for ships are used in other places.
2. In the design and construction drawings, cables should be laid in cargo holds, decks, storage rooms and other places as far as possible. Due to the strong fluidity of marine stainless steel cable ties in these places, cable laying will cause too much damage, which is not conducive to the overall planning of the ship.
3. When laying stainless steel cable ties on ships, places prone to condensation should be avoided, and places with more heat sources should also be avoided. If laid under a flower steel plate, certain protective measures should be taken on the outside of the marine stainless steel cable ties, such as sheathing the metal pipe and filling the two ends with sealing materials.
